The Heart of Biblical Mind-Body Coaching

I write about what it means to be human in a world that often pulls us away from ourselves. My work explores meaning, presence, and the inner life — the places where attention, faith, and lived experience quietly meet.

I’m interested in what happens beneath the surface of productivity and performance: the questions we carry, the longings we don’t always name, and the moments when life asks us to slow down and listen. Through essays, reflection, and thoughtful inquiry, I explore how we come back into relationship with ourselves, with others, and with what gives life depth.

This space is not about self-improvement or answers. It’s an invitation to pause, to notice, and to remain present with what is unfolding.
